Remarks:

Tornado1 Gradient Norm for Diffusivity

 
Purpose:        Computation a maximum biased slope Gradient Norm using single direction differentials.
                This computation take care of discontinuities in the pixel cell. It use the two smallest gradients.
                Recommanded by Seongjai Kim(2001) in natural image restoration, including thin lines and textures.
