Purpose:        Dynamic LeeDetector(DYR) with a Structured Element. 
                Used to compute edge strength in zero-crossing in noisy situation.
                (DY+ = gradmax and DY- = -gradmin)
                Dynamic LeeDetector uses dilatation and erosion

                DY+ = (dilatation - origin)
                DY- = (origin - erosion)

                Dynamic Lee edge detector= min( DY+, DY- )
